Shipping



Within Australia

We prepare your order as soon as payment confirmation is received and we make every effort to ship within 24 hours.


Our standard shipping option is Australia Post e-Parcel and a signature is required on delivery.  If you would like to waive the signature requirement or provide any specific instructions (where you would like the parcel left for you) please include these in your comments during the checking out process. 


We also offer an Express Post option at checkout - if your order is urgent, we recommend you email us or include any special comments with your order.



Postage costs are calculated by weight and are confirmed before checking out. Shipping costs will vary depending on the weight and bulk of your parcel.  Please note that because of their size or weight some parcels will incur additional shipping charges. 



Outside Australia

We are happy to ship internationally! If you are unable to select your country as an option when checking out, please email us your order and we can provide you with shipping costs and make the arrangements for you.


Orders outside Australia are sent via Australia Post Air Mail. Loss or damage is not covered unless insurance is taken. Orders outside Australia are exempt from 10% GST.





Return and Exchange Policy


If for any reason you are unhappy with the items you receive, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package to enable us to investigate and resolve your concern.  We may ask you to take a digital photo of the goods and email this to us to assist in understanding the issue and expedite any replacement or refund where appropriate.  We find this works better than always having the items sent back to us.



We are happy to exchange items, however, they must be unopened and unused and returned within 2 weeks of the transaction.



We can't accept returns on seasonal items or sale items that are no longer stocked unless goods are faulty.


Please note that we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges on sugar decorations/flowers. While we take every care, purchase and delivery of these items is at the customers risk. We do everything we can to ensure the flowers are packed in a way in which they arrive safely and in one piece!
